Please fill in the form provided for the purpose of registering your product {Product Registration Form}. Un- registered products are not eligible for warranty. Please make sure all the details provided in the form are accurate, not doing so may result in cancellation of your warranty.
Any Omichef Cookware to be returned for evaluation must be authorized by Omichef Cookware LLP. The Final Decision regarding acceptance or rejection of a returned product can be made by Omichef Cookware LLP only.
For this limited warranty to be valid, the complete cookware must be returned to us at our registered address- 574-C, Moti Ram Road, Shahdara, New Delhi-110095, at the user’s cost, along with its invoice.
Disputes shall subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only.

We provide warranty only for certain products and for a limited time period. Please refer to the table below to know which products are eligible for warranty registration.

Hard Anodized Pressure Cookers- Strong Category |

All metal parts only are covered under this warranty for defects in the material and workmanship (manufacturing defects) for a period of 2 years for the cookware only. The cooker should be used in accordance with the instructions. Genuine parts of our manufacture should be used at all times and should never be attended by any unauthorized person. Normal replacement parts as safety valve, gasket & all bakelite handles are not covered in this warranty. Regular wear and tear is not a defect and is not covered under this warranty. Our warranty applies for domestic use only. Any industrial or commercial use is not covered under this warranty. Leaking of pressure is covered in this warranty but user may note that leaking is only considered when there is no pressure inside the pressure cooker.
Leakage due to casual cooking specially from whistle is not considered as a leakage problem as it highly depends on the users’ cooking preferences and choice of meals. The cookware must be used in accordance with the usage instructions supplied along with the cookware. Subject to terms of warranty, we will replace or repair the cookware free of cost, at our discretion. |

Vacuum Insulated Bottles- Thermo Tough bottles only |

Warranty is covered for defects in material and workmanship (manufacturing defects) for a period of 6 Months. Contents remaining hot or cold is not covered under warranty as it is dependable on the usage. However, we stand by the quality of the product which means, the contents in the water bottles shall retain temperatures for a minimum of 8 to 10 hours provided the right usage is being made by the user. For instance- an open bottle will not retain temperatures in comparison to tightly closed caps which can retain temperatures for longer durations and bottles not being opened throughout can easily retain temperature upto minimum of 8 to 10 hours or more. Regular wear and tear is not a defect and is not covered under this warranty. Our warranty applies for domestic use only. Any industrial or commercial use is not covered under this warranty. |

Stainless Steel Triply Cookware- all products |

All metal parts are covered under this warranty for defects in the material and workmanship (manufacturing defects) for a period of 3 years(for the cookware) and 2 years(for coatings or treatments, if any) from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise. Regular wear and tear is not a defect and is not covered under this warranty. Our warranty applies for domestic use only. Any industrial or commercial use is not covered under this warranty.
The cookware must be used in accordance with the usage instructions supplied along with the cookware. Subject to terms of warranty, we will replace or repair the cookware free of cost, at our discretion. |
Specifically excluded from this limited warranty are:
Damage caused by using the products in a manner that deviates from the included instructions.
Normal wear, such as cosmetic blemishes inherent to sand casting and hand finishing, which does not affect the performance of the product.
Any Problems arising from misuse, dropping, exposure to extreme temperatures, pre heating a product to a very high temperature, letting liquids boil dry, allowing gas flames to come up the sides of the product, sudden temperature change.
Minor imperfections and slight color variations in the enamel,coatings or meatls which are a normal part of craftmanship or use
Final polish of a product as this can become dull with usage.
Non-stick, ceramic and organic (hard anodizing) coatings, plastics, rubber and glass parts are not covered under this warranty.
